| Second experience in a few months. Timely, same-day service and very reasonable prices. |

| Front counter individual (young man) not very friendly and rather abrupt / rude. I was first to arrive for an oil change at 7:30am but had to wait for AssocPro (commercial account) to go before me. Paid $40.00 more for an oil change on the south end location vs the north location. Ask for tires to be rotated and that never happened. |

| Repair bill came back a couple of hundred dollars higher than quotes pre repair. We priced tires, 200 dollars more expensive than the car brand dealer?s price. |

| They never called with the quote and did the work and then charged my $200.00 for a battery. Zero customer service when it comes to pricing. The owner took $40.00 of because i questioned the bill and asked why I did not receive a phone call. Not a good way of doing business. I just spoke to a friend who said he was unhappy to with the pricing. |
