| Island Tire made our trip! Any issues we've had with our Envoy they have fixed for us everything from a screw in a tire to getting our air conditioning working again. The work is great as is the cost. We can't recommend them highly enough. |

| South island store is well-run & customer-friendly. I was promptly recognized upon entering, and my car, which had a slow leak in one tire, was promptly inspected. The problem was found and corrected. The price was fair, and wait time was reasonably short. Unfortunately, the north island store failed miserably to show the same level of customer care. I first went there and stood in the lobby for over 5 minutes minutes without being recognized or being asked if I needed help. Even worse, there was 1 person at the counter not helping anyone but who was absorbed in the computer terminal and oblivious to my presence. I will never go to that store again. |
