| Initial contact at counter was professional and friendly. Recognized our 12+ years as a customer. Efficiently completed the work order and had us out the door timely. Most importantly, the project (4 tires, balancing, etc.) was completed a couple of hours before the promised time - a good practice highly valued by customers. A good everyday goal - under promise and over deliver! |

| Called for a last minute tire change prior to Hurricane Irma and I was extremely impressed that they were able to get me in and complete the service on time as the shop was extremely busy. We have used Island Tire for service on all of our cars and they are always helpful, friendly, and on-time with their service. |
